These terms govern your use of Auiator. We have written them in plain language so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you place a single bet. Please read them fully before registering.
Before diving into the full terms, here is what Auiator promises every registered player in Pakistan.
Auiator writes its terms in clear, everyday English – not the kind of legal text designed to confuse. If a clause would surprise you, we do not hide it. What you read here is exactly how the platform works.
Every transaction on Auiator is conducted in Pakistani Rupees. Your deposits, bets, bonuses and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR with no undisclosed currency conversion charges at any stage.
Player funds on Auiator are held in accounts that are separate from the company's operational funds. Your balance belongs to you and is not used for any business purpose. Withdrawals are processed as soon as verification is complete.
Every Auiator bonus has its wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit and maximum withdrawal cap stated on the promotion page. There are no additional conditions disclosed only at withdrawal time.
Auiator enforces a strict one-account policy. Playing on multiple accounts is prohibited and results in immediate suspension. This rule protects the fairness of promotions and prevents exploitation of bonus systems by a small number of bad-faith actors.
Auiator provides deposit limits, session time controls and self-exclusion tools to every player. These are accessible directly from your account settings at any time and take effect immediately when set. We explain their full function in Section 10 below.
Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and Auiator ("Auiator", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account on Auiator, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Auiator platform. These Terms apply to all players accessing Auiator from Pakistan.
By creating an account on Auiator, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the platform from time to time. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and Auiator. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other Auiator document, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Your continued use of Auiator after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Auiator will notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-screen notification before those changes take effect. You are responsible for reviewing the current Terms periodically.
To register and use Auiator, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
Auiator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Players who cannot or will not provide satisfactory verification will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed.
Each person may hold only one Auiator account. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different mobile numbers, names or payment methods – is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of any deposits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Auiator login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Auiator's support team immediately at support@auiator.bet. Auiator will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access where the breach of security resulted from your own failure to protect your credentials.
Auiator offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. We strongly recommend enabling this feature. Instructions for setting up 2FA are available in your account security settings.
Auiator processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted:
The minimum deposit on Auiator is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Auiator does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside Auiator's control. Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Deposits that fail due to technical error are automatically reversed to the originating payment method within three business days. If you believe a deposit has been lost, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate within 24 hours.
Withdrawal requests on Auiator are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately fifteen minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. Bank transfers via IBFT may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. Auiator does not charge withdrawal fees from its end.
Auiator may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or when unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection on any individual player. Required documents may include:
Verification documents must be submitted through your Auiator account portal. Auiator will review submitted documents within 24 hours in most cases. Withdrawals will be released promptly upon successful verification.
Auiator offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all Auiator bonuses:
All games on Auiator use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical accuracy. Crash games, including the Aviator game, use provably fair algorithms that allow any player to independently verify any round result.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run return averaged over millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee any particular outcome within any individual session. Individual session results will vary from the published RTP.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round – such as a server disconnection, software crash or network failure – Auiator will resolve the round based on the outcome recorded by the server at the moment of the malfunction. If a round cannot be resolved from server records, the round will be voided and the bet returned to the player's balance. Auiator's decision on technical failure resolution is final.
Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during active game sessions. Auiator is not liable for losses caused by unstable player-side internet connections, though auto cash-out settings in Aviator and similar games will execute server-side even if the player's connection drops.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Auiator and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
Auiator cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities. Any accounts suspected of involvement in financial crime will be immediately frozen and the matter referred to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Auiator reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
If your account is closed by Auiator for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting the value of any bonus winnings that were generated before the breach was identified.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support@auiator.bet or use the account closure option within their account settings. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method upon closure.

Auiator collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Auiator, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes your name, CNIC number, mobile number, payment details and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and responsible gaming monitoring. Auiator does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
All data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. Auiator retains player data for the period required by applicable financial regulations, typically a minimum of five years following account closure, after which it is securely deleted unless retention is required by law.
Auiator provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auiator excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
Auiator's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the ninety days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, after deducting any withdrawals made in the same period.

Auiator may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in platform functionality, applicable law or our operating practices. We will notify registered players of material changes at least seven days before they take effect by sending an email to the address registered on your account and by displaying a notice on the platform homepage.
Non-material changes – such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause – may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision of any kind.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Auiator after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
