Auiator applies strict data minimisation. We collect only the personal information required to operate your account, process PKR payments, verify your identity and comply with applicable financial regulations. Nothing else is gathered without your explicit consent.

To execute PKR transactions, Auiator shares necessary financial information with our payment partners including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and the banks processing IBFT and card transactions. Each of these partners handles data under their own privacy policies and in accordance with Pakistani financial regulations. Auiator shares only the minimum data required for each transaction.
Where third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) services are used to verify identity documents, your CNIC and related documentation may be processed by that partner under a data processing agreement with Auiator. These partners are prohibited from retaining your data beyond what is required for verification.
Auiator will disclose personal data to Pakistani law enforcement, financial intelligence authorities or a court of competent jurisdiction when required to do so by law, valid legal process or a binding regulatory order. We will notify you of such disclosures unless prohibited by law from doing so.
If Auiator is acquired by or merges with another entity, player data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Auiator will notify registered players via email before any such transfer occurs and will ensure the acquiring entity is bound by privacy obligations equivalent to those in this policy.
Because Auiator operates exclusively in PKR and processes transactions through Pakistani payment systems, your payment data has specific characteristics worth noting.
When you make a deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash, Auiator receives a transaction confirmation and reference number from the payment provider. Auiator does not receive or store your mobile wallet PIN or account password at any point. When you request a withdrawal, Auiator initiates the transfer to your registered wallet and receives a confirmation from the payment provider. All payment records are retained in encrypted form for the period required by applicable financial regulations.
For bank transfers (IBFT), Auiator receives your bank account details for the purpose of sending the withdrawal. These details are stored in encrypted form and used only for processing withdrawals from your Auiator account.

Request a complete copy of all personal data Auiator holds about you, including your account information, transaction history and gaming activity logs.
Request correction of any inaccurate personal data. You can update most contact information directly in your account settings. For CNIC corrections, contact our support team.
Request deletion of your personal data. Note that some data must be retained for the legally required periods described in Section 8. We will delete everything not subject to a legal retention requirement.
Request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) that you can transfer to another service provider if you choose.
Ask Auiator to stop using your data for certain purposes while retaining it. For example, you may ask us to stop using your gaming activity data for responsible gaming monitoring while keeping your account open.
Object to processing based on Auiator's legitimate interests. If you object and we cannot demonstrate a compelling reason to continue, we will stop that processing.
Auiator is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Auiator does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must not use the Auiator platform or provide any personal information.
If Auiator discovers that personal data has been submitted by a person under 18, that data will be permanently deleted and the associated account will be closed immediately. Auiator sends marketing communications – including information about new games, promotions and bonuses – only to players who have explicitly opted in during registration or through their account settings. Receiving marketing communications is not a condition of using the platform.
You can withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:
Withdrawal of marketing consent takes effect within 48 hours. You will continue to receive transactional communications related to your account – such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and security alerts – regardless of your marketing preferences. These service communications cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
Players who have set a responsible gaming self-exclusion or cooling-off period are automatically removed from all marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion. We will not send promotional material to players who have indicated they wish to reduce their gambling activity.
Auiator may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in data processing practices, applicable law, or the features of the platform. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes – such as clarifications, formatting improvements or corrections that do not alter the substance of how we process data – may be made without advance individual notice, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent change.
If you continue to use Auiator after a material policy change takes effect, you are acknowledging the revised policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
